= the best banana bread ever!
and here's the recipe!
favorite banana bread recipe
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2-3 mashed riped bananas
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
combine cream cheese sugar and butter, mixing until well blended. Blend in bananas and eggs. add remaining ingredients, mixing until moistened. pour into greased loaf pan. bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in near center comes out clean.

Oooooooooooooo looks so yummy. :) I've never seen banana bread turn out so light (in color). I'll have to give this recipe a try. YUM.

I love banana bread... the sad thing is bananas in our house don't reach the over-ripe stage. Hahaha! My boys consume a lot. Well, all of us do. We love bananas. xoxo
I always have over ripe bananas and end up making a smoothie out of it because I never have the right ingredients for a banana bread. I have made a few attempts before but I have never come across one with cream cheese, I should try it. Is that why it looks lighter you think?
