oh, hello san francisco...

so loveLee to see you again.  we spent the whole entire day today in san francisco aka the "city by the bay".  it's always so much fun to walk around the city.  so many things to see, do and of course there's  never enough time.
1st stop...the golden gate bridge
and while on top of the marin headlands, i spotted this little area for a fun photo shoot with miss bling and her uncle d.
a view heading to the marin/sausalito/tiburon side from the marin headlands
heading to powell and market streets to shop at the
nordstroms shopping center...
and to eat at the westfield shopping center...seriously the best mall food court.  a little more pricey than normal food courts but lots of great options like korean bbq, thai, japanese, pizza, pasta, buckhorn and beard's pappa's of which we didn't get to try but wanted to.
and one of my best friends, miss d in the black, came to join us for shopping after she got off work.
for dinner...papalote's mexican grill on mission and 24th.  we were there to try the adobo chicken and garlic rice burrito.  they are also known for their "triple threat" burrito the winner of the burrito throwdown against iron chef bobby flay.  the line was out the door for these burritos so we stood outside while we waited for our order.
eating our burritos on the steps of bethel chrisian church because there were no seats available in the tiny restaurant.

and our final stop...fenton's ice creamery in the piedmont area of oakland.
well, as you can see by the pics we crammed in a lot of stuff today, which is always the case when we make the trip to the city.  there were so many other sites we could have seen but those i guess can be done on our next trip back west.

for now, i'm leaving my heart in san francisco as she will always have a special place in my heart. goodbye, city by the bay.  it was a pleasure visiting you we had a very loveLee time.  hope to visit again next year.  until then...

Wonderful photos! I haven't been to SF since I was 13! I used to have relatives there, maybe I still do?
I love that your family hams it up for the family and some of that food looks delicious! :)
