What diet/lifestyle change do you wish you could stick to??
the winter hibernation weight off!
however, i haven't really started it yet,
i mean, i tried one day but then the next day
i will try again tomorrow and see if i can stick to it for the next 2 weeks.
homemade belgian waffles...
with strawberries, drizzled with chocolate syrup
and topped with whip cream!

no, i did not.
super, duper proud of myself as i have a really big sweet tooth!
but let me tell ya'll i was so very tempted!

let me know how that special K diet works!! i need to lose at least 6 lbs... *grrr* to that winter weight! i just wish i could stick to working out at least twice a week!!

You're not messing around if you didn't have any belgian waffles. You go girl! I need to start jogging...regularly. I've been so busy with the kids after school activities that my work out routine is spotty at best.
I need someone to invent a patch where I eventually just stop eating!!!
Even though we are doing Biggest Loser at work, I got majorly sidetracked by Easter...and seeing as my job has me sitting, ALL THE TIME, it is getting harder and harder...right now, just not eating unless I'm truly hungry and trying to eat "real" foods, not junk! :o
