things i heart monday's! i heart pasta! tonight i made shrimp and asparagus fettuccine. i found the recipe at allrecipes.com and thought i would try it tonight for dinner. excuse the poor photo. i cannot, for some reason capture good quality photos of food. it's still a work in progress : ).

yummmmy the pasta looks delicious!! and yea, food photography is HARD but i totally aspire to be a food photographer one day!!! =) and btw, i LOVE allrecipes, i probably find 75% of my recipes on there!!
I do love pasta. Although I'm not a fan of seafood really. (It's weird I know). I love the one with mushrooms though. The photography is brilliant!

For shooting food, I have learned you HAVE to have good natural lighting and shoot at an angle- not dead on. Otherwise food looks gross. I mean, a professional lighting set up would be ideal, but that isn't on my budget right now ;)
