Jeremiah 29:11 one of two Bible verses has been written on the kitchen chalkboard since February 09 when my hubby lost his job and it's still there even though He has provided my hubby with a new job. It was our daily reminder as we walked out of our house everyday that God had a plan for us and that He held/holds our future in His hands. I have to admit there were lots of days that I felt at a loss when we heard nothing and wondered...really God, are you still there? He was and He is....and He is for the people in Haiti. He holds their future and that is our hope for them. Let's be in prayer for the people of Haiti and for all that will be helping out to aid the country and its people.

Jeremiah 29:11 was my scripture verse I turned to for our son when he was going through chemo for B-cell Burkitt's-like lympoma, when he was 14-15yrs old. Thanking and praising the Lord for His healing power! Our son is healed, restored and a wonderful witness of that challenging time...now a 19 yr old college sophomore. :o)
