what's for breakfast?
( a weight watchers recipe i found on the internet)
french toast with banana, honey and cinnamon.
recipe:
1 egg beaten
1 tbs of skim milk
a dash of salt
cinnamon
honey
dip 2 pieces of bread in egg mixture, grill in pan, put slices of banana on one piece, drizzle some honey and sprinkle cinnamon. put the other slice of french toast on top. easy, peasy, lemon squeezy!

Okay, I have to admit when I saw the words "weight watchers" I was tempted to immediately poo-poo the dish. But, reading through what it consists of, it sounds pretty good.
