I absolutely love that top!! And I do love dressing up my clothes with accessories from Target and Forever 21 - even Wal Mart! People are always asking me where I got a necklace or a pair of shoes and they don't believe me when I say I got them at Wal Mart for 2 dollars! I heart bargain shopping! :)
