and grateful for the bouquet of flowers that the mr.
surprised me with.
and since the mr. and i did not get to celebrate last night
due to miss girly's playoff basketball game and team party dinner
we celebrated tonight here at Ruth Chris...
(my first time dining at this fancy, schmancy restaurant)
my loveLee coworker kel-kel informed me that this week
and if you live in the area check out the link.
because each participating upscale restaurant will offer a
3 course, prix fixe dinner menu
for only $30 per person.
truly not bad for ...
warm bread with butter...
mixed greens with yummy dressing...
mouthwatering prime rib
which i don't think i've had in decades...
along with creamed spinach and creamy mashed potatoes...
and lastly we each got the most scrumdidlyumtious chocolate cake
and since it was our anniversary dinner
our sweet waitress added a trio dessert platter...
a chocolatey-fudge thingy, strawberry sorbet, and cheesecake
which we ended up taking home for the kids...
and to end this anniversary post part II...
here's a couple more pics of the mr. and me
19 years ago...
married in san francisco
the city by the bay.

It looks like a perfect way to celebrate your anniversary. And I have to confess: I'm a sucker for some good bread and butter. I'll keep going back to a restaurant based heavily on the bread and butter.
