4 days, 21 hours, 58 minutes, 52 seconds until it opens at the time i took the picture.
Mr. L's request was to enjoy a slice of new york pizza...

and you can't go to NYC without buying something from one of the street vendors...
my favorite store...
we heart this store and we don't have one in north carolina...
and after a long day of shopping and touring the city...
we headed back to the hotel at dusk...
with lots of shopping bags and very sore feet.

I was just reading 10 ways to visit NYC cheap in the Charlotte Observer. Chris and I want to visit. So awesome "my guy" could join you. So much fun. Wish the others could too. So sweet Dad could visit with an old friend. Sounds like a great trip so far.
